Zynga to trade after $10 IPO "Farmville" : According to the Internet news sources the FarmVille game can be played by the investors while the shares of online game developer Zynga Inc. start trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market . FarmVille running on the iPad.And its been reported that the San Francisco company priced initial public offering late Thursday at $10 per share, raising $1 billion.This company specializes in Facebook games and now its largest Internet-related IPO since Google Inc. went public in 2004, raising $1.4 billion.

The most popular facebook game is the "Farmville" and the players in this game can get the tools for farming in this game for buildings in "CityVille".So the game is free to play. Zynga also charges very small amounts of money for virtual items on line.Because its a great player base and some loyal spenders, Zynga fought and won the amount $90.6 million in 2010 and became a pre-IPO money maker in the sector . Zynga is the leader in Facebook gaming.

Accoring to the analyst Doug Creutz Cowen & Co. is of the view that the Zynga is not going to grow quickly enough to to justify its stock price.The Facebook gaming increase has slowed down and the  Zynga share in the market have reduced of daily active users as per 50 percent to 38 percent.

As the investers are very interested in latest in a series of high-profile technology IPOs this year and its price had been at the top expected range.And the company was valued about $7 billion.
