Microsoft Replaced Xbox design chief Dan Coyner ahead of 2013 "Xbox 720": According to the internet sources it is updated that the Microsoft has recently replaced xbox chief Dan Coyner With Emma Williams.Microsoft has refused to comment on the personnel issues.Yet its been decided that the sources suggest the exec is remaining in Microsoft’s employ.

Well according to internet news sources it is believed that Microsoft has Replaced Xbox design chief Dan Coyner With Emma Williams.Dan Coyner had been the design architect responsible for the Xbox 360 user-experience.He was being the acolyte of Apple-style consistency in user experience and a mainstay of the gaming project since its inception. And while performing the Xbox marketing he espoused the unified design philosophy. According to the unified design philosophy UI issues like multimedia, gaming etc fall together in a consistent manner.

Microsoft has struggled to achieve in Windows the element of unification along with multiple groups and teams working on disparate elements of the software. And according to Xbox biographer Dean Takahashi who wrote in 2006"Dan Coyner wanted whole user experience to be consistent where everything from the screen to the package looked like it was designed by just one person like an Apple product."

This month’s Xbox dashboard update source, CNET‘s sources claim that design chief Dan Coyner has been replace by Emma Williams.Dan Coyner had been the lead character in the helm of Xbox marketing and in Xbox 360 to encompass user experience he was doing much of the job.Well it is not known why he moved but now Williams will be the Xbox design chief. She will lead on the next-gen Xbox “Xbox 720“.And it was confirmed by a source in the team has confirmed is on the roadmap for a 2013 release as per earlier rumors.

Not only this it is also said that Microsoft has also executed former Windows Phone chief Andy Lees because he was not achieving the sort of smartphone market penetration he was publicly promising.Well Microsoft is up to creating a pair of new consoles, one hardcore gaming flagship and a second, slimmed-down model with a focus on casual gaming and multimedia use.
