Verizon Drops Plans for $2 'Convenience' Charges : FCC and Consumers criticised the Verizon after the decision of adding convenience fee $2.So It changed its plans of this new fee charges.

There has been news over the internet that the Verizon decided to put electronic check payments and automatic credit card payments and has just suffering criticism it discarded the plans to charge a $2 convenience fee by the costomers. 

Verizon customers who pay online bill or over the telephone were being charged convenience fee $2 but then FCC declaired a charge that its going to have a check over the company's plans. The plan was decidecd to empliment by 15 January with added fee.

Verizon Wireless company is the country's largest  cellphone company added a convience fee even though there are three different network data problems which were being suffered by wireless carrier in December.There was obviously a huge criticism on adding a fee by the FCC and consumers An FCC official said that "On behalf of American consumers, we're concerned about Verizon's actions and are looking into the matter". 

Then abrubly Verizon said that continues to encourage customers to take advantage of the numerous simple and convenient payment methods it provides.

Well there is need to look out the servises provided by the Verizon as the consumers are already complaining about them like the problems of company's older 3G service and newer, faster 4G wireless service.To prevent these types of widespread networking problems in the future, Verizon said it was working to geographically segment its 4G network to “isolate, contain, and rectify” network performance issues.
